What is a builders clean?
It takes a completed build from construction state to handover state. Protection comes off, construction dust and residue come out, and every surface is cleaned back to the finish your client is expecting to walk into.

What is the difference between the three stages?
Stage 1 is the full detailed clean of all areas including windows. Stage 2 is a re-clean of all areas after defects are rectified. Stage 3 is a final clean of all surfaces immediately prior to handover. Take all three or only the ones you need.

Do you clean windows and exterior areas as well?
Yes. Windows, frames, tracks and fly screens are part of the standard clean. Exterior work covers car parks, basements, cladding, facades, alfresco areas, garages and entrances, with pressure washing and roof cleaning available on top.

Both. We work across commercial and residential builds, for builders and trade clients only.
